Who's next for extradition to the USA?
« on: April 03, 2012, 08:41:04 AM »
Whoooeeee! Found this item elsewhere during my webanderings.

I'd say that, given the way the Yanks interpret things (cf Gary McKinnon), sooner or later someone will be getting their collar felt in order to satisfy an extradition request.

Slightly worrying!

If they really wanted, they could probably extradite 75% of the UK!    eeek:
"Political Correctness is a doctrine fostered by a delusional, illogical minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end."

Well, someone had to say it!

The British government is proposing new legislation which would allow the police and secret service to monitor internet users' email and web activity.

Unsurprisingly, privacy campaigners are up in arms about the plan which would force internet service providers to give British intelligence agencies' real-time access to electronic communications.
