That 'click' as the door closes behind you and the sudden realisation that have no shoes on, it is dark, no telephone and you've just closed all the windows must rate as one of the most stomach-sinking feelings...  noooo:

I was relating to Nick last night the one and only time I've locked myself out... getting back in involved two sets of ladders, slate roof tiles and prising open a small bathroom window, oh... and heights  scared2:
