GOS went off in a huff because I criticized someone he had never met for using poor English in a letter I had received. The person in question being one of my child's school teachers it seemed to me that better standards could be expected. GOS took umbrage because the person in question was Welsh and so was GOS and he felt that several of us were taking the p*ss out of the Welsh (which I personally feel is a duty as well as a pleasure)
I have not noticed him on GOM for some considerable time.
Berek left, as he threatened to do, when Wenchy asked him not to use the C word all the time. He then demanded we ban him and when Wenchy and I said we would not ban him he took his ball and ran home saying he would never play with us again.
Mozo has indeed passed on to the happy hunting grounds. I got that from his son last time I emailed the old boy. He had indeed gone blind and in his battles with Kim had become very upset that no-one believed him. Using my accounts with various genealogy sites I did in fact prove that he was who he claimed to be, was as old as he said, was indeed an old soldier and had served where he claimed. All of his tales were true. A couple of things that he failed to mention are not for general publication. If he didn't tell you himself then I am not going to tell you now.
