So , trying to ensure that I have a good nights sleep last night I decided I would do all the things that make me feel lovely and cosy when I go to bed.
Step 1 - change all the bedding to lovely crisp, freshly laundered and sweetly smelling stuff. My favourite all white set
Step 2 - have deep , long ,luxuriating bath before bedtime
Step 3 - have soothing drink to alleviate aches , pains and snivels before sleepytime
Step 4 - try not to wake up in the middle of the night sneezing and blowing nose so hard , you have a nose bleed
and all new ,lovely , white sheets and duvet cover get splattered with claret
