Unclear if you are saying that one or several of that band are now employed at B&Q or simply making the point that people who were that age in 1979 are now qualified to work in B&Q as that company has a policy of employing older people. The other possibility is that you have posted another video clip to demonstrate your apparently insatiable appetite for UTube et al
