Capita (and also Serco) hoover up big Govt contracts and have been doing so for years. They make squillions, screw up at every turn and pay themselves handsomely. They are private companies reliant on taxpayer funded contracts.

The Educational Maintenance Allowance was introduced by NuLabour (£30 quid a week means tested) for 16-18s who stayed on in education.

Cameroon ended the EMA.

Yet another contractual deal signed up to whilst "Prudence" Brown was in the chair. Unfortunately there are a lot of these about .... See also PFI's for skools and horsepickles that are costing so much in rent and service charges that classes and wards are being closed to enable the rest to stay open.

Don't even mention the Passport Service  cussing:
