I've just had this weird flashback ...  scared2:

I was in my early 20's and had taken myself off for the summer working coast to coast NY > LA. It was called BUNAC then for those that recall, not a gap year  ::)
I was working in Chicago and had met this lovely girl at a party... we arranged a date and she gave me her address so I could pick her up. I still remember her name because I'd never heard one like it ... Robyn Muscarella ... kind of Italian, I thought.

I arrived at her door and knocked. A maid answered  eeek: ... "Oh, I believe she's getting ready but Mr Muscarella will see you"  eeek:
The maid showed me through to an office... and there was Mr Muscarella ...

"English, eh? You gonna take care o' my daughter tonight? And bring her back by 10pm, right?"

"Yes, Sir!"  scared2:

Needless to say Robyn was safely back home by 10pm  whistle:

No, I think it was finding mention of a tasty Italian dish for the exciting Salads thread  eyes:

Don't know if this would class as an earworm or a flashback but I keep hearing my old Latin teacher saying Una Salis Victus today.  rubschin:

I could do with a flashback to the time and place I hid Mrs DS (#3) birthday present.  redface:
