Ah the old "Interview without coffee" routine eh? Lots of mentioning of "not coming across as a team player", "disrupting the team effort" etc mixed with gentle enquiries about "Problems outside of work perhaps?" to sweeten the pill, supply you with lots to gossip about and cover your arse in the event he complains that you "Don't understand what he is going through at the moment".
