I am going to be making a custard based ice cream with human breast milk this weekend. My ice cream maker is all preped and ready but more importantly my friends have donated just over a pint of "spare" bitty in the name of science, the kiddie won't miss it. It will feel a bit weird eating ice cream made from my friends breast but she is a bit of a stunner so I think I'll cope.Has anybody made any dishes with breast milk? I am concerned I will be needing to put excessive amounts of cream and eggs in to the mixture to ensure it will thicken correctly. My friends have asked for rum and raisen flavour.
