Spoke to someone today about work ...........used to work for him 6 years ago ...he is now paying approx half of what I earned ,now...... eeek:  and he is a nice guy but like he said if they are quoting those prices why pay more.......... noooo:

Am heading off to New Zealand next year....permanantly like. I too do networking at silly o'clock on a wednesday in the hope of attaining more business for a boss that stays tucked up in his pit until normal o'clock noooo: Not for much longer eveilgrin:

went for training last night, to learn how to give a successful 10 minute presentation, they were so patronising I nearly told them where to stick it Finger: I had last laugh, had to fill in a form at the end grading the tutors .....I gave them all zero happy001 happy001 that'll learn 'em lol:

We've been to a few 'training courses' most were conducted by 20 yr olds and we usually ended upo giving them information. censored: It is infuriating. Thursday will see us networking at a launch of yet another grant funded project. noooo:

We have just put a proposal to the council to reclaim some allotments which were contaminated  in a flood several years ago.  If we are successful we will be able to get regeneration grants but it wont pay us.  Still it will keep us out of mischief I suppose.
I have always thought that the worst thing about drowning was having to call 'help!' You must look such a fool. It's put me against drowning.
