Times indeed are tough. I've been out today "networking" a.k.a. being charming, interested and interesting (
) at a product launch and lunch. A sample of the product, a small, hand held, battery operated device (nooo, it's not what you're thinking!
) had been placed on each of the tables. Towards the end of the presentation I was
fiddling with inspecting the battery cover when it suddenly popped like a champagne cork and flew about six feet into the air and landed two tables away!
"Ah, that's how it comes off!" I exclaimed
