Can you miss something you have never had ?
« on: October 31, 2011, 07:26:18 AM »
I watched the Louis Theroux programme last night filmed in America , where he visited all these private 'parks'  or 'sanctuaries' which kept dangerous animals in captivity for mainly uber rich spoilt humans.

Asking if it was wrong to keep and breed these animals in captivity and trying to tame them Louis was concerned their natural instinct was to be in the wild . The response was "Can you miss something you have never had ...  if you have been in a wheelchair all your life are you sure you are going to be happier walking and riding ?"

They had a 'schooling ' day at the sanctuary for ordinary citizens keeping exotic pets ( mainly monkeys) , educating them on how to look after them.

These people turned up ( manily wimmin) with monkeys on their shoulders , some who had chosen to pierce the monkeys ears or put pretty little necklaces on them  ::) ::) ::) - when questioned about it and if the monkeys liked this their answer " well they are highly intelligent - they would take them out if they didn't " Oh FFS  Banghead

But there was also a wumman pushing around a kangaroo in a pushchair  noooo:

I think it's only us girlies that can be referred to in that way JOM unless the word 'homosexual' was being used as a generic term.
