Hero dog saves another after it was hit in the highway.

I suggest some of our society watch and learn from this heroic and beautiful  wulfy, as he shows more feeling, understanding and compassion with his paws than most humans do with their whole body.....just think back to that poor little Chinese girl that was knocked down and left for dead in the street a couple of weeks ago.

Lucky someone turned up to take the injured dog away to the vet before Wulfy started to eat it.

I was seriously attempting to undermine the cynical exploitation by the Media, of the human tendency to apply anthropomorphism, when animals do things that can be misconstrued.

Dogs do not have an inbuilt moral compass which causes them to 'rescue' any other animal.
They do however, have a strong instinct to get hold of any sort of meat they can find, to feed themsleves and their offspring.

Not actually heard of a mongrel eating another live, albeit injured, one either tbqh.

I take your point about the Chinese girl and will not inflame your sensibilities further on the topic.

My shoulders are broad enough, and I'm always willing to listen and read others opinions, right or wrong....imo.
