Fast track to fitness? No.
« on: November 05, 2011, 06:55:36 PM »
I think I've managed to goose me knees well and proper. They are piggin' killin' me when I go out walkin' now, and they aren't getting any less painful as the weeks go by.
Walking like e bloody crip' now I am 'cus of the seering pain in them. sad32:

Reason...I suspect?
Thought I'd give meself a bit of extra totrture to me legs in the gym in readiness for me Swiss expedition 3 weeks ago, so whacked the weight up on the lifty up bar across your shins machine from me usual 40k's up to 90 kilo's.
BLOODY difficult, but managed to do five and hold for 6 seconds each time over a five minute period.
I really believed I'd be ok, what with all the walking i do.

Never been the same since that stupid stupid night tbh.

WHY did I do it, and am I ever going to walk proper again? Banghead  sad32:

Not the gym's fault abc, it's MINE, all mine, trying to speed things up.

I got banned from a previous gym 30 years ago for using equipment I wasn't supposed to.
They didn't take kindly having to drag me outside unconcious to revive me. whistle:

I vowed I'd always behave meself in future, but the temptation was just too great. Banghead
