Allegedly, I can take a break after a busy Christmas or just in case I want to prepare myself for the big New Year celebrations!  eeek:  WTF? 

Not content with marketing and merchandising the last drop of cheer out of Christmas and the end of the year, someone invents Twixmas  noooo:

 lol: lol:  Yep, the thought had occurred to me.

In reality it's that dreadful no-mans-land of time when a hotel sees its Christmas guests depart on Boxing Day and they're left with 5 whole days of barren nothingness before the bevvied up partygoers arrive on the 31st.   tunble:

Rooms are going cheap and on the grey shores of the East coast the 60's revival bands are playing to a nightly audience of 3 pensioners who can't quite remember why they're there.
