« on: December 05, 2011, 08:32:38 PM »
Tonight .... after 36 hours starvation and numerous needles in arms etc I have been sent home again to await a call to go back in for the operation. Any time twixt now and New Year.  Banghead

NHS no doubt. Its called massaging the lists. you go on to a new waiting list and the list you were on gets shorter, thus the hospital reaches its target  noooo:

Ackchewlee it was a cock up by the anaesthetist .... The consultant was livid when he came to my bed at 7 and found me still waiting.
