I have been out and about today and seem to have been surrounded by people who have their legs fixed on in non standard ways

I have seen people of both sexes and all ages walking like John Cleese/Max Wall/ Douglas Bader/Billy Dainty. Legs out to the sides and all sorts. Is something going on??
