I simply don't know what to do * throws up hands *

I have raised another 'ticket' this morning and have asked them to escalate the issue.  Banghead

Failing that I'm lost for ideas... anybody? Shrugs:

I'm simply not willing to go to the expense and hassle of moving the site again...  noooo:
