I am sick of it!  cussing:

The problem is that each time I open a 'ticket' I have to go through all the standard responses before getting to somebody that will actually take me seriously - then sods law they test the site at a time when it is running speedy-quick-fast!  Banghead

The issue is that the database server we are using is overloaded - just need to convince them of that and get us moved to another....
