You want a medal for services to the country?
« on: March 04, 2012, 10:37:23 PM »
Ok, how about the order of the golden trough you arrogant self important aresholes. Medals are created and awarded for services above and beyond what is expected in a given situation so unless you are talking about expenses claims just what the hell have any of you really done that goes beyond the expectations of the electorate?

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2110015/We-deserve-medal-Ex-MPs-special-award-marking-service-country.html

The simple truth is that if you ask an average member of the public they will be bloody hard pressed to come up with a single member of the house who they would say deserved such an award. If you want one then fucking well earn it, give us our country back, give us an honourable  parliament that we aren't ashamed of THEN we may consider you worthy but not before.  cussing:

The peers are just as bad, complaining about the food in their exclusive cafe which we pay almost £1.5 million per year to subsidise not including their £300 per day attendance money. So the escallops weren't very nice and the smoked salmon wasn't up to par, you are there to do a job not bitch about the extravagant perks that we have no choice in forking out our hard earned money for you to enjoy so get off your arses and help put this country back together again instead of whining.

As you know we have real fires here...... The Mail On Sunday fails to ignite them whereas the Sunday Telegraph gets the old kindling going a treat!

Says it all really.
