Tennis elbow

Ouch ...  cry:  Haven't been playing (or watching) tennis and anyway it'd be the wrong elbow  noooo:
No clue as to how it's arrived ... Ralgex and an elasticated grip at the moment. Do you reach a certain age when various parts just give up?   scared2:

Body parts are weirdly different.  I remember reading that over a lifetime the skeleton regenerates around 16 times whereas brain cells ... nada ...  noooo:
