I had a seat (but not a go, it was switched off) in the Harrier simulator at RAF Wittering many, many years ago....At the time, the technology consisted of a camera on a gimbal thing that 'flew' over a vast 3D map of some part of Russia with little model houses and oil rigs that you could actually 'land' on... The camera image was projected into the 'cockpit' of the Harrier...The houses were only half an inch high.... I always though that if a spider was walking across a 'field' while you made a low-level pass you would have absolutely shit yourself!

Well you already have a bucket to use as a crash helmet and prior experience of falling from a great height..
The question is, can you get quadcopter to take off with a test dummy attached...what does Apey weigh...?
