Have i made a piggin' rod for me own back here going to the gym?
Feel absolutely slaughtered most days, but realise that if I go to the gym it'll make me feel all bright and perky again.
I felt totally and utterly drained and thouroughly goosed all day yesterday, and had to actually force neself tto go.
Gave meself absolute hell in there and looked like a leaking resevoir damn when I'd finished, BUT I felt absolutely buzzin' when I left.
Same old today though even after the now usual crackin' nights kip.
Absolutely drained and dragging me legs....again.
Wor'ave I done to meself, and am I locked into 'doing gym' forever now as a consequence?
