GROWLER to the rescue...again.

Just a mile from where I saved a baby 'edge'og threee weeks ago, I had to take evasive action this last week when Mrs Duck, rapidly followed by her flock of seven ducklet chicks just waltzed out of the undergrowth, RIGHT in front of me.

Fortunately I was only doing about 30 on a road where 60 is permitted and is regulary achieved, or they'd have ALL been deaded and squashed, and I WOULD 'ave cried, probably uncontrollably.

They were all SO sweet!

I'll be going to heaven then I reckon 'cus I'm well good and thoughtful.
