I have done an online land registry search on the property in question today. Most unusually they do not have any details of either leasehold or freeholder for the proeprty. This is most rare  rubschin:

Not actually as rare as one might think ..... still prolly worth the £4 if you had got details
I used to have a handle on life but it broke.
