Oh she is now...apparently, tomorrow,  so I've JUST been told. evil:

Bank Of Dad will out in the hills probably though.

I say she is, but that all depends if she can find the right train to get over here of course, ::) because tonight for instance, she arrived in Wigan from Lancaster to change for Slime St and somehow found herself arriving in Wolverhampton over an hour later. whistle:

This is our future for the country btw. Banghead

As each day dawns, yet another barrel of shite awaits.

This time....next years accomodation for the Mini Mooslet uip there....NEXT year meaning 2013/4  eeek:
Seems this has to be sorted pronto, but she seemingly got mixed in with the wrong crowd, meaning the a crowd what appears to be minted.
Sharing with 5 others in a big house in Lancaster @ £95 EACH  eeek:...EACH per WEEK! eeek:
That's a eye watering £546 per week, or an almost unbelievable shark loan amount of £2184 per month to this robbing bastard! cussing:
Talk about taking advantage! eeek:

I am now looking at property...a flat...up there to purchase short tyerm  for an equally staggeringly low £39k that she could then share with one other stewdunt.

Apparently, so I'm told, she doesn't want to be isolated and feeling left out.
I've suggested that cloth is cut according to means.

I also stated that I want a Bugatti Veyron, or even a mere Lambo Gallarado or povo spec DB9, but............. whistle:

Oh Yes!
Accommodation for year 2 has to be sorted by Christmas of year 1 or there won't be any left.
The rent quoted is reasonable compared to the THW who is also sharing a house with 5 others.
Also annoying will be that they will have to pay at least 1 month rent as a deposit (so wave goodbye to that) and the Landlord will want them to vacate for the whole of August (meaning they have to remove all of their possessions) but he will want half rent "To retain" the room. Normally they want the deposit by January as well as the August retainer even though the kids cannot move in until September. Rent is usually payable quarterly thereafter.
The THW's Landlord is considered to be one of the best in Egham. He owns 6 properties there, all let to 6 students sharing and a further 8 properties in Nottingham for all of which he charges the same. B@sr@rd must be worth millions£££££££££

I could friggin' weep, for both her and meself. sad32: Banghead
She's only got a grant of £6000 a year, so on my reckoning, after her 'rent theft', she'd only have a mere £1060 to actually feed socialise and transprt herself on, not to mention the other incidentals like stuff required for her course work for the WHOLE bastard 12 months! sad32: eeek: Banghead Angry9:

Actually, she'd have an extra £190 a year on 2nd thoughts, as the landlord shark ONLY requires FULL rent for a mere 50 weeks out of the 52, how generous ey?

She won't be friggin' THERE for about 18 bastard weeks of the year though!!! Explode:

Anyways, I'm ringing the estate agents up to make more enquiries about a few flats near the city center, one for a mere £35k overlooking the River lune too.

On the face of it, it 'looks' very good, but will need to go and view, obviously.

I've suggested she finds someone willing to share and pay me a sensible rent just to pay the small mortgage, and she could live there rent free but would have to pay their own rates and power.

3 years on, I either sell it for the same, possibly a small loss, or hopefully a small profit.
Could even keep it and rent it out to stewdunts again, but I'm not actually too sure about that one at the mo. tbh, having been 'bitten and thouroughly mauled'by tenants in the past on a shit house I bought to let in Berken'ed 15 years ago. sick2:
best thing I ever did was sell it.

Frantic texts between me and me Mooslet have stopped as she's in a lecture now apparently. Banghead

Once again,  ::) the facts and this unfolding drama was kept away from me until the very last minute....last night.
She's now apparently been told by the other 5 potential falt mates, that the contract HAS to be signed by the end of THIS WEEK...and a hefty deposit paid too!! eeek:

She's in a blind state of panic up there today, and doesn't know what to do for the best. confused:
She knows it's too expensive, but on the other hand, doesn't want to lose out by not being with her new found friends, and also alienating them at this late stage too, and being left on her own, dis-owned.

Me 'ed's swimming Apey, it really is. confused:
Sick of all this shit that seems to be falling on me at the mo., absolutely sick to the very back teeth. sad32:
I thought....she can commute back here to G Towers every day....£14,.50 return,    but that's really not on, as she'd be having to get up at stupid 'o' clock every day to return. Crazy idea really, but this is what happens.
Caravan p'raps,   but all the sites I've found within commuting distance won't allow anyone to stay on them during the winter. Banghead

I..not Miss Mooslet..really wish she'd opted for either Chester or Liverpool uni's and stayed at home.

Just rung the estate agent regarding the flats for £34-40k.

Wasn't actually shocked to learn that they are in need of renovation, and to quote..."not the nicest area in town".  ::)
She wouldn't elaborate on that one even though I pushed her.

Bolloxed if I'm travelling all the way up there and back again to view a possible piggery in the center of a probable notorious smack 'ed zone. evil:

Any other suggestions anyone, before me 'ed actually explodes? Banghead
