I never really understood why the supposed "techie" discovered the stuff on Glitters PC was not prosecuted - he broke the law by looking.


This is obviously quite different, but has that nasty tinge of mass hysteria.
If all the stories about peoples behaviour at the BBC in the 70's was made public, then a lot of celebs and lesser mortals would be emigrating.
