Went on the correct day and time this time. whistle:

Me neck IS goosed apparently.

Lot of clicking and snapping went on trying to get it to move proper like.

Me shoulder is bad too, but that's just me musculs not arthursitus. cloud9:

Just got to try and 'adjust me diet for me new P.'T. now.
Only managed to get as far as the brekky due to my exclamations and rantings.

BEARS EAT WELL  'ARD PROPER GRUB, not fuckin' nuts and berries. cussing:

I fear a falling out with him is iminenet and full refund requested.

NHS Physio. this morning, and it was actually quite good! Shocked:

Mrs Physiotherapist reckons me neck is properly goosed now, made werser by swimming and holding me head out of the water.
I've been given a couple of regular excercises to do every couple of hours, and have to go back every week now for manipulation until it's mended apparently. eeek:
