Does this mean that these employers can now be sued for in appropriate marketing? I'll test this next time I get cold calls from people saying I was wrongly sold insurance for a loan I took out.... I have only ever once had a loan for anything... a student loan which I paid back over 5 years out of the child benefit. (I am excluding the mortgage (deadweight fr) as I have always seen this as an investment rather than a liability.)

I assumed that the scrap metal and tarmac business was cash only.
