It's the client end they've fucked up.  Gone for a user interface that probably looks good on a PC or tablet for a new user which is to totally miss the point

And oh flying fuck now you've enabled that extra account it created for me.  I am now going to seriously  Banghead for a while.  Surgery will be needed (for the wall)
