Ghosts and spooky goings on!

Now for once, i know I'm not going to get to much sarcy critisism off our Nasty Nick, 'cus he's experienced such things apparently, back at Nick Towers #1.

Now here at G Towers, I have a really lovely new neighbour, following the death late last year of the very sweet old lady that lived there alone for many years.

New neighbour is very down to earth and realistic, but he's been telling me of some very strange goings on since they finally moved in completely 3 months ago.

Inner door handles have been moving quite violently, doors opening and closing (not the wind) and most creepily, his watch ALWAYS stops at exactly 03:00 EVERY night.
He thought it must have simply been a fault on it, so he went out and purchased a new one recently.....and it's doing EXACTLY the same!
He took it to work and decided he'd experiment by leaving it there over night, and it didn't stop. 
Brought it back, and it's started,, or should that be stopped, again.

He's not overly concerned about all these odd goings on, but he is puzzled.

Mrs G apparently knows some geezer of one of her freinds what can come 'round to sense if there is 'a presence', summat to do with energy or summat.
He's not an exorcist though.
