Incentives
« on: January 06, 2013, 09:52:52 AM »
The Brat hit me with the bombshell yesterday that most parents at school are incentivising their little sproglets to achieve better grades on their GCSEs.

She said this was basically financial reward depending on grade and quoted £40 for and A* grade, £30 for A, £ 20 for B and £10 for C etc  eeek: eeek: eeek:

Then she wanted to 'negotiate ' our terms  noooo: noooo: noooo:

Tell her to knob off, and warn her that those figures will be reversed, i.e, she pays YOU more the poorer the results.

When she says 'most' it really means just one set of parents.

my incentive was if I got more than 4 As they would allow me to go on holiday with my friends. I had to pay for the holiday though. Clearly I was a crap negotiator at 15.  noooo:

Simples, £1000 for 10 A*'s, anything else £1 for C or above.

Incentive, but low risk.  Thumbs:

lol: lol: As JOM says vomit inducing. If she doesn't doesn't leave home play it until she does it won't take long.

I am with Growler on this one. It is her future she is working for.
