Just watched the wheelie bin cleaner man perform his <cough> duties.

Bin on side. Fire up genny. Quick blast inside bin. One quick spray of some random de-oderiser...probably an unwanted cheap after shave he gort for crimbo. ::)
 Pop bin back on it's wheels after draining excess water down the roadside grid, £kerrrrching£, £2.50 for less than 1 minutes werk. Laffin! evil:

Local council provides the service here... owld boy on a mahoosive tractor with a tank and pump on the back follows the binmen around...

I assume that the bin has been cleaned to the satistfaction of the punter handing over the £2.50 so what's the problem?
