Monday evening a rapidly deepening area of low pressure will begin approaching from the southwest. Rain and strong winds will affect Wales and southwest England on Monday night, before spreading across the remainder of the UK on Tuesday.
The wind will ease on Wednesday but the same low will feed heavy showers across England and Wales. Without the push of the wind to move the showers through these may give further considerable totals.
There is a significant risk of disruption for parts of the UK on both Tuesday and Wednesday....
THE 15th.
