There is a woman who sits opposite me at work that annoys the living daylights out of me.
Everything she picks up she reads aloud. If she makes a decision in her head she has to repeat it out loud so she can agree with herself.
Almost everything she reads she reads aloud .
Listen to your frickin inner voice ....why do you have to hear yourself say it 
Just answer everything she says out loud as if it were directed to you, and contradict every decision she makes aloud as well.
She will either:
a) Get the message and shut up
or
b) Hit you, and get sacked.
In either case the problem is gone.
