Growler I really suggest you try a chiropractor. Prolly £40 for a first session and they will tell you if they can do anything.

I was always very sceptical about alternative medicines, but after failing to get my back sorted 20+ years ago, I tried acupuncture and got it sorted very quickly.
I have since seen it used on lame horses 3 times with success and they don't get taken in by placebos or incense.
