Had a tablet earlier from when Apey did his back in. That was a couple of sweet hours on the sofa. I think I saw Elvis.

I'm going again tonight, but will stick to the excercises that don't involve wrenching me neck so much, i.e. tread mill and bike.

Me neck is still goosed though whichever way I look at it.
