Show him the going rate for car hire for the time he's had it.

And he shouldn't have disassembled if he wasn't going to reassemble promptly.

Anyway what BMW said.   You will then have a time is of the essence contract.
Well, whatever, nevermind

Been to the Lions Den, all nice and polite like.

He's actually done some werk on it.
The chassis leg is in place ready for welding...I SAW IT! Shocked:

Reckons <cough> that's he's going to crack on with it this avvy...alledgedly, so he sez like, and when pushed as to if it'll therefore be ready tonight, he wouldn't commit himself.::)

So that'll be a resounding NO then problee. Banghead

His one and only other employee is off on holiday for 2 weeks tonight too, so anyones guess how long now then. eeek:

Well knock me down. Shocked:

Guess what? rubschin:

Correct, he didn't finish it yesterday. Banghead
Rang me yesterday evening to tell me just how difficult it's proving to be welding this new chassis leg on, and oh, then calmly slipped in a bit of a discussion with regard to just how much time he's spent on it, so much so, he's now having to 'put a cap' on the bill, as it's now reached a FOUR figure sum!! eeek: eeek: eeek: Shocked:

No worries though he tells me, as I will be claiming it all back from the MOT station in Warwick....won't I? rubschin:

I think the garage in Warwick are quite frankly going to laugh their Snap on Tools off tbqatth,  happy001 and demand that I take it down there somehow, for THEM to fix it,  something which is now going to prove just a tad difficult I fear.
Even the VOSA route is no longer an option, as in theorty, the bodges that should have enforced failure by them have now been removed.
He has taken pictures and video evidence however, not that I'm convinced they are really of much use now. Shrugs:

All in all, I feel as though I'm about to be comprehensively 'Rodgered' with a very large and painful piece of paper.

He's taking the piss...100%...thinking to himself, "I can make more than a few quid out of this situation", and GROWLER or/and the garage will not be able to prove anything otherwise.  happy001............... Angry9:

He was being so unusually and gushingly friendly, helpful, chatty and apologetic yesterday, I came very close to spewing up all over me 'phone.  evil:
He's merely 'buttering me up' for the finale.

Ouch............ noooo:

Just hope the garage in Warwick are going to turn over and have their tummies tickled, and take the comprehensive Rodgering like true stitched up  idiots instead of me, summat the garage trade is not reknown for doing unfortunately in this case.
