Tar for that.

Meanwhile, MM has just gone out on her maiden solo run. scared2:

She's back, all safe and sound.

Reports much interest from other motorists, and cheery waves off other classic car drivers. cloud9:

She's absolutely luvin' it!

I'd like to think that I finally got summat right tbh.

I'd have been as equally pissed off as her seeing her having to pedal everywhere again, simply because the insurance companies want to rip everyone off.

Three massive cheers to Footman James for sorting something out with an alternative solution, and for looking at things in a completely different perspective.
I WILL be writing to them to congratulate and thank them accordingly.
ALWAYS give credit where it's due i do.
Commonn sense DOES actually prevail sometimes it seems. Shocked:

So you are saying I should have set up a thread purely to tell you about 6 Draper Chrome Vanadium spanners for £2 in theAsda?  rubschin:

Rather than just throwing it into a thread that has good traffic today? And of course we are all well known for keeping on topic  ::)

But I had left theAsda when I decided to post it. Furthermore, my location has nothing to do with the £2 bargain and thus it would have no rightful place in the "Where are you today" thread.

The thread is not in real-time.... otherwise every post would say I'm typing in the 'Where are you today? thread' ::)

"I'm typing" describes what you are doing, not where you are.
