It is all too easy to slag-off companies that provide poor service - plenty of examples of it on here!
But sometimes it is nice to recommend companies that provide good service!
Sadly, some examples of good service are actually not that good - but our expectations are often so low that when something turns out right we are surprised.
I ordered a new funnel from Amazon the other week (for me beer making like). When it arrived there was a filter missing from it (the reason I'd ordered it).
On their web site it is very simple to click on the product and complain about it. I did so and immediately got a returns number and a link for printing off the shipping labels.
I sent it back and got a message yesterday that they were processing it. Today I got a credit for the full value of the product and the inbound and outbound shipping costs...
I'm very impressed with them!
