Well he pleaded Guilty eventually, but is now being pursued for costs.  6 months?  She tried some daft defence and lost.

Either way, their lives are ruined.

I reckon if she had pleaded guilty at the outset he would have been shafted and she would have got off lightly. Silly intelligent wumman
