"Dad. While you're at the Asda tonight, can you get me some Kiwi fruit please"?

"No problem son"

6 for a quidly.

That was last Friday. ::)
It's now Wednesday, and the packet remains unopened with just one day before the 'use by date'Banghead

Going to be a Kiwi fruit eatathon tonight...OR ELSE! eveilgrin:

I should also buy in some Charmin and air freshener if I was you.

 lol: lol: lol:

I bet there are few of us older ones here that pay any regard to 'sell by' or 'use by' dates at all...  noooo:

If it is not moving, hasn't changed to an unusual colour and doesn't stink it is good enough to eat*...

* Common sense exceptions for strong cheese, etc.

Got be careful with meat like wot's been said, but this is where yu snout comes in handy.

How do animuls in the wild like, manage to eat rotting cacusseses covered in flies and shite without getting a belly ache like I wonder? rubschin:

They smell it first and if they do make a mistake they throw it up straight away.

Also, they haven't got immune systems which have been lazy after centuries of living in warm houses only eating the best and freshest bits.

Of course in human terms, they only live to about 40 as well.

Elephlumps live to 80!

Efferlump years is 2 for 1 'Uman years.

They would live to 160 if they ate proper and went to Asda like.  ;)

I mostly despair
