Last week I visited the E ON website to look at their boiler installation service. I filled in the online form. The last question was "Do you want a payment plan" YES/NO
I ticked YES.
Gary e mails me and says, "WE don't offer a payment plan."
I pursue this, or try to, with Customer Services, but they close at 3.30
I call the office of the Chief Exec where I talk to Tina and explain my bafflement.
She called back earlier. They don't offer a payment plan. The question is only there to weed out people who cannot stump up £2K instantly since they are viewed as timewasters. I am furious
