6x sprouts

1/4 pineapple (peeled and cored)

1/2 banana (peeled)

1/2 avocado (peeled and destoned)

1x lime (peeled)

Pinch of cayenne

1 cup of water

Combine all ingredients and a cup of water in a blender and blend until smooth.

*Add more water if needed.
