I'm the first to admit I like Japanese food, in my younger (and arguably dafter days) I even tried fugu but there is no way I'd go anywhere near that.  noooo:

No, blowfish shashimi. Think of it as the seafood equivalent of Russian Roulette. You have to have 7 years of specialist training and a special license in order to be able to make as if you don't prepare the fish properly it can be lethal.

Couldn't tell you what it tasted like, all I can remember is the really strange feeling of my mouth going numb as I was eating it.
