Road craters
« on: May 01, 2013, 10:31:57 PM »
Unbelievable. eeek:

Local and very busy main trunk route to London (A41) is absolutely riddled with not pot holes, but piggin' great craters.
Cars and bikes having to swerve all over the show to save and avoid suspension and wheel damage.

So, what did I see today? eeek:
A local hardly used side road OFF the crater riddled A41, that leads to a tiny fairly posh village, consisting of about 20 houses having the entire road dug up and completely resurfaced!  Shocked:

I can only suspect that a bastard counciller lives down there. Angry9:

They've also recently completely resurfaced the entire local 8 shop  car park. eeek:
I can only assume the same  local counciller drops in there for his Daily Mail every day. ::)

Do you suffer with the plauge of the potholes like this dump of a cuntry though?

It get's even better here now. eeek:

They've decided to dig out all the owld 'cats eyes' on a section of the crater filled A41 up the road from here, and lob some tarmac in the resulting holes.
No sign of fixing the bastard holes on the main section of road that sheeple ACTUALLY DRIVE on though. noooo:

What a bunch of utter money wasting cnuts this council is. Angry9:

The tourist roads are normally ok but anything else yes ....that's why I had so many punctures ......more of them in 2 years driving locally than 10 years of driving for work (lots of miles) in the UK.......think I had 2 in 10 years. here more than 10 in 2 years and less miles .....

Round here the roads are like a friggin patchwork quilt.  We have hooge potholes eventually they come along and fill them after there has been an accident usually with people avoiding the things being cuntry roads and fairly narrow.
But they are no sooner done than they start crumbling at the edges and before you know it the bastards have just moved.  Our council claim they have not got the munny to do like they used to do and resurface the road properly... False economay IMHO
They have enough of our rates munny to spend £10m on refurbishing their offices no fucking question about that... Explode:

Oh and on the subject of councils ours sent a leaflet round the other week to let us know if we want our Brown bin emptyed (garden waste you are forced too use no bonfires allowed) after October this year we have to pay £40 on top of the rates we already pay..
In the old days you had a bin that they collected each week the took it from where it lived emptied it and put it back.. Now we have three bins and you need to remember which week it is for which bin and take the thing to the end of the drive and after they have been find the bloody thing because it usually halfway down the street... cussing:

And don't get me started on the wheelie bin cleaners had a massive row with them today when I got home robbing bastards...... Banghead

Excellent rant. cloud9:

However, many of those werds and sentences do seem quite familiar to me, and I do therefore wonder if I've had a slightly negative affect on your mind set since joining in here. redface:

Oh noes .... noooo: If I feel strongly about something or I get caught on a bad day like today I do go off on one... I also got out the car at a twat that nearly wiped me out and had the unfortunate luck of being at the lights in front of me... I got out the car went to his window he put it up as he saw me comin good job he did or he would have been through it... The lights changed and he buggered off I was left standing like a tit in the road I felt stupid after the red mist cleared.... redface:
