Have a look for a microsoft sticker on the bottom of the puter. That should have the key on it.  :thumbsup:

Did you look for the sticker?

Most new pooters do not come with the microsoft booklets etc. Just a sticker on the machine.

The official answer is:

Microsoft Customer Service will be unable to help you in obtaining a replacement Office 2010 OEM product key.

We recommend you contact the Original Equipment Manufacturer to see if they can assist.

Which what I expected. If Pink Sis has lost/destroyed the paperwork that came with the computer you'll have to buy Office again.

Would the "Pink Sis" have originally forked out ~£150 extra for a PC with full Office installed

or

Have bought a PC at a decent price with that freebie 30 day trial Office installed?  The one anyone can download for free?
