I have always thought that the worst thing about drowning was having to call 'help!' You must look such a fool. It's put me against drowning.

Getting scholarships for being a midget?
I have no disabilities other than those that are due to being so small! & I'm perfectly proportionate. So I'm obviously not a dwarf. Although I do meet the height requirements! I am soon to be 19 and am 4'9. I have been this height since 6th grade. I know that if you are a dwarf, you can get scholarships. Can you still get any scholarships if you are just a "midget"?
