I'm a German major and currently studying abroad in Berlin for a semester. I have been working for 3 years as a part-time model, mostly for art photographers and small clothing boutiques (for their websites etc). I have done a few gigs while I'm here in Berlin. Last month I had an audition for a major German photoshoot. When I arrived, I was asked if I would be willing to let a local TV filmmaker film my interview/shoot/audition, because he was working on a program that was going to show what its really like, behind the scenes for a model etc. I both thought it would be fun, and good exposure---I figured even if I didn't get the big gig/photoshoot, being in the documentary would still be a good line on my resume. So I signed the release and let him follow me around filming me through the entire backstage process. He obviously got some shots of me undressed, etc but I didn't think anything of it. As a model you are used to having to change without too much privacy, etc etc, and I assumed that anything like that would be pixelated before it was put on TV (I guess that is the naive American in me because we ALWAYS pixilate in the USA). Well imagine my shock (and horror) today when I got an advanced DVD of the tv show, watched my portion, and see myself naked for God and everyone to see. I called the TV channel and was told I had "signed the release" granting access to document my entire audition and use it for the documentary. I guess, technically, they are right.....but I never imagined THIS when I agreed to all of this. Is there anything I can do? Either legally or socially? I'm really scared, and don't want this to show up on TV! Well, if god has seen her and not seen fit to strike her down with a lightening bolt she should be OK.

Following to German law you cannot as you have signed the agreement giving consent being enthusiastic. You should know that this can be used anywhere with wrong motives too hence would taken care while removing your pants ? However you can submit the petition with special remarks that being new entrant never knew it about the reception of pixiled objects and should restrict to expose the nudity in the interest of civic society

Ibiza Spain is the Island known for what?
In 654 BCE Phoenician settlers founded a port in the Balearic Islands, as Ibossim (from the Phoenician iboshim dedicated to the god of the music and dance Bes).[9] It was later known to Romans as "Ebusus". The Greeks, who came to Ibiza during the time of the Phoenicians, were the first to call the two islands of Ibiza and Formentera the Pityûssai (Πιτυοῦσσαι, "pine-covered islands"; a translation of the Phoenician name).[10] With the decline of Phoenicia after the Assyrian invasions, Ibiza came under the control of Carthage, also a former Phoenician colony. The island produced dye, salt, fish sauce (garum), and wool.A shrine with offerings to the goddess Tanit was established in the cave at Es Culleram, and the rest of the Balearic Islands entered Eivissa's commercial orbit after 400 BC. Ibiza was a major trading post along the Mediterranean routes. Ibiza began establishing its own trading stations along the nearby Balearic island of Majorca such as Na Guardis, from which large quantities of renowned Balearic slingers were hired as mercenaries who fought for Carthage.During the Second Punic War, the island was assaulted by the two Scipio brothers in 209 BC but remained loyal to Carthage. With Carthaginian military luck running out on the Iberian mainland, Ibiza was last used by the fleeing Carthaginian General Mago to gather supplies and men before sailing to Minorca and then to Liguria. Ibiza negotiated a favorable treaty with the Romans, which spared Ibiza from further destruction and allowed it to continue its Carthaginian-Punic institutions well into the Empire days, when it became an official Roman municipality. For this reason, Ibiza today offers excellent examples of late Carthaginian-Punic civilization. During the Roman Empire, the island became a quiet imperial outpost, removed from the important trading routes of the time.
