I have recently done a numeracy and literacy entry level 3 exam assessment with nescot college?
i have recently done the initial assessment for entry level three of health and social care apprenticeship with nescot college. i have done it three times and failed and have no idea where i am going wrong. there does not seem to be any guidelines on the exam. i was told study bbc skills wise which is not in any way similar to the actual exam. so if anyone has any advice it would be very much appreciated.
its an online exam, there is a time limit for english and maths so 30 minutes each. please help

this examination is just an entry exam i have to take to be allowed to do the nvq in health and social care, and if i dont pass it i cant do the nvq in health and social care.
And as far as i am aware we are the first to sit this new online exam. i called nescot college and all i was told is that bbc skills for life is the way forward to study the critera, but its nothing like the actual exam. i am not a stupid person, i write and speak english perfect, i seriously dont know where i am going wrong. i feel lost and iv googled a lot of numeracy and literacy exam onlines and have no problems doing them. please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
